What to tell us
Send the address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the check-out and check-in times. Tell us whether clean linen is already at the property and whether beds need changing. Laundry, linen supply and replenishing consumables are separate arrangements, not automatically included.

Do you bring cleaning products?
Products and equipment are agreed when we plan your visit. Tell us about allergies, delicate surfaces or products you would like us to use. We will confirm what to provide before the booking.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily. We can discuss access with you when arranging the visit. Agree keys or entry arrangements directly with our team; do not put access codes into this enquiry form.
Can I book a regular clean?
Yes, ask about a recurring schedule for your home or workplace. The frequency, tasks and availability are confirmed with you rather than automatically reserved through the website.
